HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER ON YOUR SITE?
We have a wide range of different balloons at different prices to suit your budget to achieve what you want, to create beautiful memories and make someone smile. You can place your order by clicking on ‘Balloon Types’. Simply pick individual items or pick from our combo package and send to cart.
Don’t forget to state the date and exact time you want it for and any other information like colors or number of balloons in the “Order Notes” at Check Out.

WHEN WILL YOU DELIVER MY ORDER
We will prepare your order nicely and have it put in your car or the Bolt/Uber car you order or book from your end and have it delivered to you. We will also expect your exact date/time and a working phone number to reach you when it’s ready to make the delivery a seamless process.
CAN I PLACE A SAME DAY ORDER?
All orders should be placed 24 hours (1 day) ahead. We have delivered orders in 40 mins before, so If you have an urgent order we can take it if we are not swamped with orders but you can reach our customer representative to confirm be certain we can deliver at the time you want it before you place your order.
CAN I ORDER FROM ABROAD?

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDERS BEFORE I MAKE A PAYMENT?
After logging into your account, go to your Shopping Cart. Here, you will be able to make payment or cancel your order. Note: We cannot give refunds once payment is verified.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE AFTER I MAKE PAYMENT?

WE take delivery and Pick up times seriously so be sure to let us know the time you will be available to pick up.
WHEN SHOULD I MAKE PAYMENTS?
We ask that you make payments 24 hours ahead (1 day) to allow us process your order and give you the best.
Once your order has been acknowledged, expect us to deliver to the address, date and time you stated at checkout.
If you do not receive a confirmation email 24 hours after you place your order, Kindly contact us immediately and we will help confirm the status of your order.

At the moment, we only accept Credit/Debit cards via Pay Stack. All payments are fast, easy & secure.
